I saw a derelict hotel a few years ago. It was near where I grew up. The hotel had once been by the sea but the seaside had moved away due to silting.The hotel was left abandoned and falling apart. I wondered about the people who had stayed there. I wondered about all the conversations that had taken place there, all the movies watched, all the dreams the guests had dreamed.
This album is about those dreams.
